Post by mbertranda152It did work very well, as a matter of fact, I've dedicated my life to buying
movies and giving them away. I've also decided that doing so is not enough
to fill the void of not working, so I'm going to follow in your footsteps
and pathetically try and monitor as well as post to every single thread in
this and all newsgroups.
Apparently your venture hasn't been too profitable so far...

We are located in Ottawa, Ontario Canada and are wondering if anyone can
provide us with, or lead us in the right direction. We have bad credit. My
wife was discharged from BKO in 1999 and I have student loans in default. We
want to buy a house. I work for a bank and am certain that we would not get
accepted for a mortgage with any bank. What options do we have? Does
anyone know of any links where we can connect with owners who are looking to
do some kind of vendor financing? We understand that we will be paying a
premium because we are considered high risk client and do not have a problem
with that. We have received financing from an automobile finance company
who does high risk financing, are there any companies out there that offer
the same for homes? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Mike & Julie
